I have to admit, I was skeptical when I heard about Chelsea’s Mindfulness Mentor program. I wasn’t ever someone who was big on taking time for myself, whether for meditation or otherwise. But I’d been experiencing some anxiety and difficulty making important decisions for myself after the loss of my mother, who’d always been my sounding board.
